To build the pavilion, we have referred to the optimization code from Grasshopper. It gives us a method of work and marks to build the arcs with dimensions like height and distance. It took a few tries until we got the form to be what we expected. One of the purposes of the exercise was to understand the scale on the site. We picked the strongest branches with curvature and played with them to obtain the best combinations. We would like to build a pavilion with an amorphous form to remind us of the natural shape of a tree.
